Hi Beauties! Finally a fitness related post for me to share. It is simple and it works. I used to be afraid of drinking protein shakes because I seen people I knew gain weight while working out and taking protein and of course I did not want the same for myself. It was not until I took a workout class in school and my trainer would advise me to have a shake within 15 minutes after my workout. The reason for that is because it will help build that muscle. I began to notice that the following day after my workout I was not as sore. This was what got me hooked and now I will not go a day at the gym with out having a protein shake. This magic bullet is amazing and easy to use. I use it to mix blend and chop everything. I grab this instead of my blender because as you can see I just drink out of the cup I used to mix this all together. I picked up this protein from Costco. If you do not have a Costco card I would recommend getting one. I also pick up almond mil from there. It comes in a case of three boxes for about $11. I do not only use almond milk for my protein shake but also for my morning smoothies, coffee or overnight oats. I added this Chia and Flax Seed blend just for the heck of it and it was so easy for me to drink. I have seen people add chia seeds to their water. I tried it out and just could not with the weird texture it has so when I put it in this shake it was a lot easier to drink. When doing this do not forget to let your protein shake sit for a few minutes to give time for the Chia seeds to expand. As an extra you can add a banana to give it more flavor with a ton of ice!
