5 am Workouts


There is no excuse why you can not make it to the gym! My days are extremely long and on some days do not end til after midnight. Believe me I am exhausted and would make excuses to not get in the gym. It was always I am tired, it's late, it's too packed and the most important one was I can't wake up in the morning but those were just exuses I would make to feel better about myself. 

I used to be committed and consistent in the gym. I would go just about everyday for over a year. I look back and realize that I came so far all to just start back from the bottom again. I find myself getting discouraged at times because I can not believe I am struggling with 10lb dumbbells so I remind myself that I am not a believer in giving up on what I truly love and if that means I have to start from the bottom again so be it. Just as long as I am getting my butt to the gym I will rise to the top of my goals. 

My schedule is very busy and I decided to take it upon myself to add some more spice and make it more intense so I committed myself to 5am workouts. Everyone calls me crazy but I call it DISCIPLINE! This is where my journey begins!
